Purpose of the processing
Albonet processes the personal data of natural persons, legal persons, individual companies and / or freelancers for the following purposes:
Provision of the service for Registered Users
In order to provide information services on useful resources in the field of public contracts such as:
- the registration of questions formulated through dedicated online forms and the sending of answers via email, telephone or postal service by the site operator and by partner companies selected among the main Certification Bodies (SOA);
- the registration of announcements formulated through dedicated online forms and sending replies via email, telephone or postal service by users of the site;
- the sending of communications via email, telephone or postal service by the site operator Albonet.it relating to the new rules, judgments, products, tools of interest to those who work in the field of Public Contracts;
- sending communications via email, telephone or postal service by the partner companies selected from the main networks in the Public Contracts sector, containing a brief description of products, services and tools useful for those working in the Field of Public Contracts;
- sending communications via email, telephone or postal service by the partner companies selected among the main Certification Bodies (SOA), containing a brief description of the services related to obtaining the SOA certification;
- saving searches automatically;
It is therefore necessary that the User registers through the Site and App. The data necessary for Registration are limited to the provision of:
- Name
- Surname
- Company name
- P.iva
- Address of the registered office
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Fax number
- Type of subject (Public Administration, Private, Professional; Economic operator; etc.)
- Text of any requests / questions formulated by the user.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). ("Google"). Google uses the personal data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Site, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.

Albonet collects and processes data of a personal nature (by way of example: name, surname, date of birth, residence, domicile, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.).
Recipients of the data
The data of the interested party may be known to natural and legal persons appointed as Data Processors and natural persons authorized to process the data necessary for the performance of the tasks assigned to him: employees, temporary workers, interns and consultants.
Albonet partners. We also share your personal data in pseudonymised format with marketing partners for promotional activities and with advertisers who allow us to offer free services.
Buyers. We will share your personal data should we sell or conduct negotiations to sell our business to buyers or potential buyers. In this case, Albonet will continue to guarantee the confidentiality of the user's personal data and to communicate it before they are transferred to the buyer or are governed by a different Privacy Policy.
Mandatory or optional nature of the sending of data
Required data
The collection and processing of personal data is necessary to follow up the services requested as well as the provision of the Service. If the interested party does not provide the personal data expressly provided for as necessary within the information request forms or the registration form, the Data Controller will not be able to follow up the processing related to the management of the requested services and / or the contract and the Services connected to it, nor to the obligations that depend on them.
Optional data
In the event that the interested party does not give his consent to the processing of personal data for promotional / commercial purposes, such processing will not take place for the same purposes, without this entailing effects on the provision of the requested services, nor for those for which he has already given his consent, if requested. In the event that the interested party has given consent and should subsequently revoke it or oppose the processing for commercial promotion activities, his data will no longer be processed for such activities, without this entailing consequences or detrimental effects for the interested party and for the services requested.
Processing methods
The personal data you provide will be processed with the support of paper, computer or telematic means, in any case suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the related processing.
Personal data will be processed mainly with IT tools.
Albonet undertakes to observe specific security measures to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, in full compliance with the laws and regulations.
Rights of the interested party
The current legislation on data protection assigns specific rights to the interested party, who, for the exercise of the same, can contact the Data Controller directly and at any time.
The rights exercisable by the interested party, described below, are:
Right of access
The right of access provides for the possibility for the interested party to know which personal data referred to themselves are processed and to receive a copy.
Right to rectification
The right of rectification allows the interested party to obtain the updating or correction of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him.
Right to erasure (so-called "oblivion")
The right of cancellation, or to be forgotten, allows the interested party to obtain the cancellation of their personal data in the following particular cases:
the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed;
the interested party revokes the consent on which the processing is based, if there is no other legal basis that can otherwise legitimize it;
the interested party opposes the processing and there is no further legitimate reason to proceed with the processing carried out by the owner for:
the pursuit of a legitimate interest of its own or of third parties and there is no overt legitimate reason of the owner to proceed with the processing,
direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to it;
the personal data of the interested party have been processed unlawfully.
This right can also be exercised after the withdrawal of consent.
Right of limitation
The right of limitation can be exercised by the interested party in case:
violation of the conditions of lawfulness of the processing, as an alternative to the cancellation of data;
a request for rectification of the data (pending rectification) or opposition to their processing (pending the decision of the owner).
Without prejudice to the conservation, any other processing of the data of which the limitation is requested is prohibited.
Right to portability
The right to portability allows the interested party to request to receive the personal data referable to him or request its transfer to another holder, in a structured, commonly used and readable format (Right to portability).
This right does not apply to non-automated processing (e.g. archives or paper registers).
Right to object
The right to object allows the interested party to object at any time, for reasons related exclusively to his situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him.
